Salaries are paid in the local currency, and a dedicated payroll simulator enables automatic calculations. The payment term is 14 days (maximum 21) – in accordance with the contract. The fully automated model allows for fast and seamless salary and settlement processing – all calculations are performed automatically, saving time and minimizing the risk of errors. This model does not include HR consultant support, keeping the process as simple and efficient as possible. It is ideal for organizations with their own HR structures that require only payroll processing support.
Payroll with Consultant Support – Comprehensive IT and Non-IT HR Management
For companies expecting full HR support, we offer an extended payroll service with a dedicated HR consultant. We provide payroll management compliant with local regulations. We support employee onboarding, communication, and development, and we monitor team satisfaction, advise on HR matters, and assist in selecting the right employment model (B2B or employment contract). Our offer includes legal and tax advisory services delivered in cooperation with experts. We formalize cooperation through a framework agreement (a contract covering the entire cooperation), individual documentation for each consultant, and an implementation schedule.
